Printed Circuit Board (PCB) & processor - Bowling & Grippo, 4 Momentary Push-Buttons - for example Radio Shack 275-1556A Mini Momentary Push-Button Switch - comes in a pack of two (one red one black cap) for about $3. 1 Bezel - instructions for fabrication are on the MegaView site. Parts for cable to connect push buttons to the PCB. You may be able to scrounge a connector for the pushbutton header JH1 from an old computer, they often used in 2 position configurations for micro-switches, indicator LEDs, etc. Otherwise you can get a connector from a local electronics shop. Nylon Screws - 4/40 - H546-ND - 0.0910ea. & Nylon Nuts - 4/40 - H616-ND - 0.105ea. You need 5 of each, but there is a 100 minimum quantity for each from Digi-Key. You can try to find them locally. Look for them in hobby shops that sell radio control hardware. You CAN substitute steel screw hardware. Just be careful to make sure the metal screws do not short anything out. If you are new to electronics assembly, you may want to solder in a socket for the MAX232 chip. The kit includes a socket for the 40-pin CPU. To socket the other chip you will need: AE7216-ND ($0.72) for the MAX232 (V2). The sockets allow you to correct your mistake if you install an IC backwards, and also prevent to much heat from transferring to the IC while soldering.
