Will the megasquirt 2 with PCB board 3.0 be able to run over 21 pounds of boost.

What i want to do is to use this trigger wheel on a vw aircooled engine, also the car will be running carburetor for the first half of its life with mega squirt 2 with the V 3.57 board doing ignition duties.
