Thank you for looking that up. Here's what I have gathered on the wire colors from my manual:

Orange/Blue - TDC Sensor
White/Blue - TDC Sensor

Orange - Crank Sensor
White - Crank Sensor

Blue/Green - Cylinder Position Sensor
Blue/Yellow - Cylinder Position Sensor

I too am trying to megasqurit a similar car (a 1990 honda crx) and I am stuck on the ignition. I would like to control the ignition and fuel without the use of the factory ecu and use megasquirt II pcb v3.0.

From what I can determine, the distributor has 3 sensors in it along with the ignition coil ...
