Look up tbitz on pelican parts.com 911 bulletin board for more info regarding setup and possible maps for your car. I remember several people installing his kit. Good luck, Chuck

Matt is right you need to post a datalog for anyone to know where to start. With a 3.57 board its unlikely that you have problems related to assembly. Linzer my corrections to IAT are very similar to yours. I'm running a turbo Datsun 280 motor with my iat probe mounted in the top intercooler piping that returns to the throttle body. That's funny....I did pretty much the same thing. Thinking it must be a MSII problem, can't be my wiring. I rewired my setup and all of my problems went away. Also, I big improvement in the elimination of "noise" was the magnecor plug wires I bought. Much cleaner even on the datalogs.
