Re: About TPS sensor

Is it the same as this:
BOTPS-K265-3.jpg
If so, I do not know of a direct replacment.

I used a 0-280-122-001 but it is smaller, so you have to mount it on new holes. ALso, i had to cut the shaft down a bit to fit it on.

The map sampling in MS2/EXTRA latest versions may well be worth a look at.

Re: Enclosed Relay Box

WIth the reliability of the relays i'd have just soldered them to the pcb instead, and saved modding the case. Ir modding the holder someway.

Still, looks good though :)

Re: Waterproof D-Sub Connector

That is only a 25 way. Can you locate a 37 way waterproof?

I have soldered all mine in the past, no worries with them. They are supported in the D-SUB casing, and so there are generally no issues like stress points where the solder join is.

You have considered the main connector, but how are you ...

Re: Cleaned and good injectors now dead

Wouldn't a soak in petrol in an ultrasonic bath cleaned them back up? I picked up an ultrasonic bath for free that was being chucked out. Would have been kinder than baking and overvolting.

HAving tested them professionally, and then getting them working again as you have, I'd be concerened and ...

Distributing +12V power. Easy, neat and safe designs

Right, I have recently gutted my wiring and moved the battery to the boot. Now its time to wire it all back up.

I have a red top battery in the boot, earthed to the chasis, and a 60mm2 415A cable running from the battery (with a 300A Megafuse in line right up by the battery). This cable then runs ...

Re: required fuel questions

Your msq is corrupt. Please re-upload.

I suspect with such high req_fuel your values in the ve table are FAR to small, but if that is the case you'd struggle tuning a decent idle :?

Re: D37 plug where to get it from. UK

Yeah, RS have a nice range of about 12 metal db37 covers, in both straight output and 45 degree offest of cables.

They also do a big range of db37 connectors including connectors that are gold plated and capable of 5A per pin (mmore than the PCB side conector i think)

More advance, no EGO correction at idle, and tuning the ve and spark table right.

Re: Can I recover my temp values from EasyTherm

I don't know what i was on about, but i just checked my archive, and i have the WTS_05 CLT sensor, but NOT the IAT sensor. I must have got confused.

Tech sheets can be found here for the CLT:

On all the Fiat MM systems I have seen, they also used 60-2. Don't know about other cars though I'm afraid.

I pressume the trigger wheel is in a difficult spot if you can't count the teeth?

Remove the sensor, put in a screwdriver, or even something like a cable tie. Turn over the engine one revolution by hand...ie. turning the crank over....and could the teeth that pass over the screwdriver.

Did ...

Can I recover my temp values from EasyTherm

I wanted to update my MS1 high res controller today, but i couldn't find the list of tempertaures and resistances i calculated.

I have the Magnetti Marelli specs for the IAT, but not for the CLT.

I don't want to really pull the sensor, loose coolant, make a mess and halve to calculate them again ...
