changing gauge size

I now have the reg. TunerStudio and can add gauges. My question is, how can you change the gauge size? I can't find an answer in any FAQ, thanks.....Ken.

Re: anyone running a ford 300 straight 6?

I'm running a 300 inline Ford 6 in my street rod with a MSII. I set it up like a 5.0L only changing the number of cyl. to 6, 6 squirts per cycle and 14 lb injectors. I've made no changes other than idle speed and it runs fine.

Re: output turn on with rpm but go off after 4 seconds?

I believe you may be right however, I'll try to find a workaround. It seems that one output (rpm on PA0) could trigger on at 3K rpm which goes high sending 12 volts to JS9 which in turns enables the IAC1 output. Maybe the IAC1 output could have the seconds count-up. When the IAC1 is enabled, the ...

output turn on with rpm but go off after 4 seconds?

I see now to turn on a sol./relay like for nitrous with rpm by setting an output (IAC1) rpm >3000 and 300 rpm hyst. to keep it from bouncing. My question, is there a way to turn the relay off after so many seconds? Come on at 3K rpm, stay on and turn off after 4 seconds. If doable, how would that be ...

link for 5.0L program

I believe there's a link that is for a 5.0L with GT40 heads and 19 lb injectors. I have a MS2 which is on a 4.9L 6 cyl. but will be changed over to my 5.0L project soon. This project is almost the same as the sample 5.0L but I can't seem to find it, thanks....Ken.

How to make a data log

I've been using my MS2 for a short while now on my old street rod and would like to make some data recordings. Can this be done on the light TS version, if so, what button must be pushed, thanks.....Ken.

Re: MS2 TFI high current mod question

Thanks, that's a good tip by always going to any specific link. That link also verifies the use of a 1K resistor in the D2 position instead of a jumper. Thanks again....Ken.

MS2 TFI high current mod question

Hi, Ken here, I've had some problems getting MS2 operating but Matt and Ben at DIY helped a bunch. I'm finishing up the build but came a cross a conflict. In step 65 for the high current driver a pull-up resistor is installed between s12 and ign/igbtout jumper. The instructions say 1K ohm but the ...

Re: Can the stim be used by itself?

Thanks Matt. It looks like the 5 volt ref. comes from the megasquirt when it's plugged in therefore, I will at least, need to add an external 5 v supply.

Can the stim be used by itself?

I have a JimStim 1.3 and I know it's used while attached to the megasquirt for testing however, can it be used by itself as an bench engine? I would like to use it for the tps, rpm etc. when bench testing MSD rpm switch, Zex nitrous tps input and other future car related controls. If so, how is it ...

That's the type of feedback adjustment possiblity I was hoping for. After studying many of the pigyback and standalong EFI controllers, I think the MegaSquirt would fit nicely on upcoming video project (Swapping a 5.0L into a Ford Fox platform). I think I might buy a MSII and support parts and ...

Ford IAC rpm adjustable with MSII?

I see that the EEC4 setup by DIY AutoTune has a output for the Ford IAC. Is this a full on, full off output or can you vary the duty cycle? Along with that, can you have different adjustments (one for cold idle another for AC clutch engagement etc) or is it either off or on with a single duty cycle ...
