I've got a 69 Cougar with a 351w. My MSII has been installed and assembled correctly, but for some reason when I start the engine, it revs up to 3000 rpm at idle. I can't figure it out. My throttle blade is almost completely closed, I'm running an IAC, but it's plugged tight and shut off ...
