I would drop the intercoolers and run methanol for fuel, that is what I am doing for my turbo engine it will make the engine run so cool I will not need any cooling to drive it on the street. I will be using a the LC-1 wideband with gauge for tuning though the MS for drag racing in the Unlimited ...

It is almost impossible to foul a plug with methanol, it runs so clean when tore down my engine after 50 runs or so the polished pistons were still shiny.

Thank you for the reply. I guess for injectors I will have to go for some aftermarket ones, methanol requires 2.25 times more fuel than gasoline. I have used methanol in the past on a street car for almost two years with no problems other than changing the oil often. I had aluminum fuel lines, tank ...

Well a list of what make car to get the parts off of, what size injectors I will need, what fuel rails to use, where to get the bungs to install the injectors in my manifolds what fuel pump. I think I will use a mustang throttle body and I will be using MSD digital 7 BTM for the ignition.

Is there anyone on here that has set up a turbo VW with Methanol that could point me in the right direction?
This will be for my lower HP engine putting out around 300 - 350 HP from a 1915cc
