No, sorry. I'm an confused person and switched paragrahs halfway through a sentence or something. It was supposed to be pin 16 of the processor socket, and it's fine.

I'm building a new MegaSquirt and following the manual. I'm at the portion where you check the power supply with the stim. I have 5v everywhere I should but I'm supposed to have stim voltage on pin 16 of the DB37 and I have 3.5v

The voltages at U5 check out fine, 12v on pin 1 and 5v on pin 3.

It doesn't seem to work with the stim either now but some of the traces on our stim got damaged so it might just be one that I couldn't see to fix

No, we used a 12v adaptor to run it on the stim and we used the same one at the engine. It's an engine on a stand.

For some reason, the MegaView only works on the stim, but not on the engine. The MegaSquirt is working normally. We are using the same serial cable, and even used the same power adaptor we used during testing, but it only works when MegaSquirt is on the stim. What does this mean?

Make sure under TUNING/IDLE STEPS that you specify that you want the IAC to be fully extended at warm up temp, and a value of 0 (fully retracted) should be good for the super cold extreme temp.
