As you can see under step 26 in:
Assembly Guide - MegaSquirt<sup>®</sup> V3.0 Main Board:
http://www.megamanual.com/ms2/V3assemble.htm

It should be set to:
Baud Rate
9600 for MegaSquirt
115200 for MegaSquirt-II

Data Bits 8
Stop Bits 1
Flow Control : None
