If it were mine, though, I would adjust the TPS lag factor lower to remove as much of the noise as I could.
Is it possible to have noise when the engine isn't running? Ive made this log (attached) while the engine was not ...

Most problems are gone. The spikes on the Map was caused by the Usb adapter, i did some test with my old laptop with an rs232 port on it. I also made a misstep on the wiring; I switched two gnd wires, the sensor gnd and one of the engine gnds.

The theory says how higher the rpm, how higher the hp rate will be. But the specs from my engine tells that the original engine has a peak hp 230 @ 4400 rmp. But the engine runs about 5500 rmp.. Why not more hp at 5500 rpm?

a reboot fixed it.. i could not burn to flash anymore. I gues i've set the pw too short, so it was squirting continuous. Afther that i made a mistake, i was turning it on to 'normal mode' and burned it. Result: I could not burn anyting anymore.

First i tryed with the standard 400/20/60 [(squirts)/(pw)/(close)] I did burn it to flash. worked well.

I'm not sure about the injector flow. A few minutes ago I saw two different values on internet.. Also going to do a injector flow test.
