yes, eventually i do want it to control timing. for the first setup i want to run as little stuff as possible.

next question, as long as i dont want to control timing (let the dist do that) can i have the MS run the coil and injectors just off the hall effect sensor thats already in the dist? it would be nice to ditch the second ignition box thats on it now.

Turbo Type-4

Hey everybody, another newb to this forum.
i currently have a sandrail running a 1700 type 4 out of a porsche 914. it runs with the stock FI system and a point eliminator kit that uses a haul effect pickup in the dizzy.
my plan now is to convert over to MS2, then once i get the basics figured out ...
