If there's no power to the stim, check the MS 5 volt rail (VCC) at pin 3 on U5. Then check there is 12v approx at pin 1. If these are both ok, check for 5 volts at the proto area. I got the signal on pin#24 of MS.
But when I crank engine by starter, MegaTune realtime display shows 0 RPM.

Now I can't get a signal from Hall sensor.
