Trigger wheel tooth settings

Hello All,

can i use my cam gear (i will need to grind off ??? teeth) sprocket that has 48 teeth to drive my coil directly? i have MS1 and MS2...i can use any of my choice.

No...the ms2 was setup to run Toyota VAST and den I decided to change it to run be and direct coil control.

The ms1 was working all weekend and then suddenly died when I trying starting up bk yesterday.

:( i have ms1 not powering up after a successful run over the weekend....running direct coil control, and now i have a ms2 not getting no VR signal...both v3.0 boards.... :x

Part of the problem is that D1 is part of the OPTO circuit; installing a pull-up resistor is consistent with using the OPTO as an input for a Hall or other square-edge DC signal.

The VR signal is AC, not DC, and should be filtered through the VR circuit. Move the jumper on TachSelect from OptoIn ...

MS2 V3.0 NO VR SIGNAL

Hello All,

The last i remember my VR circuit working i had the mod below.

"Install a 1k resistor between the right side (non-band) end of D1 and the left leg (banded end) of D9. This is for a 12V pull-up. Note: the "side" is critical here."

this was to run Toyota VAST ignition....

now i am not ...
