the ms2 extra or ms3 has native support for the gm 24x wheel. as for bolting the 4l60 to the 307 its not gonna happen without an older torque converter

I was wondering about that. GMPP makes an adapter kit to go from an LS1-based 4L60E to a Gen 1 SBC, but it says it's for a 1 piece rear main ...

Guess I need to do some more reading regarding the LS1 setup, but I take it from your linking the manual that full spark control is doable?
