So I bumped the fuel pressure from 40 to 42 and changed the injector open time and PWM current limit and they seem to be happy. I don't know if they needed some run time or what. They still tick but with the hood shut it's not super loud anymore

I did some searching and found a bunch of miata guys run these 460cc rx7 injectors and they run the injector open time at 1.185 ms Life had other plans tonight so I didn't get a chance to run a log. Ill see if I can get to it tomorrow night.

I'll post a log of it running tonight. The injectors have brand new seals and fit very snug in the fuel rail and intake manifold. I wonder if I'm hearing the tick louder because it resonates through the surrounding parts. I'm going to loosen the fuel rail to manifold bolts tonight and see if that ...
