Something does look odd....
I have a somewhat similar motor...only 103 by 80 with a split duration cam.
I idle in the high 50 to low 60kpa. my idle is high at around 1200rpm but really doesn't change if I lower it to around 800. Still 58 to 62 kPa. I thought about using a smaller orifice ...
