You cannot use Tuner Studio with the Quarter Horse.
You can use BE (Binary Editor) and Tuner Pro RT. There might be some other stuff. I used Tweecer RT (which comes with FREE Calcon and Caledit) and ($$) BE.
Be prepared to spend lot's of time and some money to get things going with your stock EEC ...

Schematic for PNP Gen 2
I need a schematic for the Ford Fox Mustang Gen2 PNP so I can get into my EGR valve sensor line to extract my wideband signal. I assume I can just jumper the correct EEC harness pin over to the correct pin on the Options Port, which will save me some wiring.
