I presume you have solved this by now .. but I will answer anyway! The small pulley will make little difference to your map at existing levels, but you need to be careful that you keep the fueling as close as possible at a given load to what it is now ... or you will need to completely remap ...

As previously asked .... is this the rpm you are seeing in tuner studio ... or is it on the rev counter in the car?
The 60 -2 wheel is just set up as a trigger wheel ... then set 60 teeth and 2 missing teeth. If tuner studio is reading 4000 ... there is something wrong with either the trigger wheel ...

When you pull the loom out .. you will disconnect two connectors behind the stereo .. one brown and one sort of white / opaque. The brown one contains the power feeds into the loom and ecu, the fuel pump output power and the starter solenoid wire, so you will need to connect into those with your new ...
