We just did a TBI conversion on a 250 inline at the inliners convention in texas.. The 235 would be the same amount of work.

We used a pertronix conversion to trigger the MS2, with more time we could have triggered the coil from the MS2 - no real need for a crank trigger unless you want to ...

Easiest way is to use the factory EFI parts including the harness, then get a EEC IV to MS adapter setup to hook the MS 3.00/ MS2 into the ford harness. Lot of conversions on 5.0's here and I'd get a msq file as a starting point. The ignition set up would be the same if your running a TFI module ...
