Gamma Enrichment

Hi am using MegaSquirt-II EMS System - SMD PCB3.57 and my Gamma Enrichment stays at 104 or 108 after full warm up(181 degrees).
Once when I accidentally forgot to turn my fan on for the radiator my water temps jumped to 230F and I noticed that Gamma Enrichment dropped to 100.
I checked my warm up tables and it's set at zero starting from 140F. I also checked IAT tables.

Is there anything else I can check?
