Alternating 2 Squirts / Alternating 4 Squirts

Correct me if I'm wrong or I am not understanding this correctly but the MSII and the MSI with spark both inject fuel on spark events not according to cam timing... right? So in a 4 cylinder with firing order 1-3-4-2 and injectors 1&2 are bank 1 and 3&4 are bank 2 it only injects fuel on spark events for cylinder 1 and cylinder 4. But at those spark events only intake valve #4 and #1 are open so your allways firing at a closed valve.

But if you rewire your injector banks to bank 1 injectors 1&4 and bank 2 injectors 2&3 then change to Alternating 4 Squirts then you allways have at least 1 valve open.

Also if it injects fuel on a spark event then does spark advance make it inject fuel sooner?

you might want to try alternating 4 squirts just to see I know that my 4ag with itbs runs a lot better
