old VW question . . .
I just bought a 69 VW Bus, and I can't wait to throw the carburator off of that thing. I've been doing a lot of reading and research in the forum, but there's one thing that I can't quite find: for those of you who've installed the fuel injection on an old VW engine what injector setup did you use? Port or TBI? Wher injectors did you use? How did you mount them? Can I see pictures?
Thanks,
~bob

Re: old VW question . . .
45 LB injectors, (I'm running E85 and a turbo).
TB with included IAC off of a Dodge Neon.
IAT sensor, injector leads, and temp sensor off of same Neon.
CB Performance intake runners with home-made fuel rails, (CB offers these if you don't want to make them).
Home-made intake manifold and Turbo manifold.
Gutted and locked 009 distributor, (dizzy), with Pertonix pickup (and Coil).
I can send some pictures of the intake runners and the fuel rails if you want. BTW, I still have another set of these fuel rails if anyone wants to buy them.
