Increasing the priming time would have this effect. The PW of the injectors and the additional fuel pump time should bleed the air out of the system, through the injectors and the return line. So increasing the prime pulse width should do what you wanted it to do.Army of Six wrote:that doesnt seem to be enough time to get the air out of the lines and get the pressure up, which makes for more cranking before it starts. i noticed that the few times i turn the key once (not cranking), let the pump prime, turn it off and quickly turn it on to re prime the original prime and then start cranking it takes less time for it to fire.
