sensors are jacked up. way wrong readings

sensors are jacked up. way wrong readings
I read online this is a short to ground and I dont even know what that means and why both would be doing that at the same time. both are plugged into relay board.

when I went back to start it, everything was reading FINE yay.
except the 02 sensor(hello- this thing is wack) it seems to be reading but then it wont go below 12.10 afr. I dont know if this is a known problem but I can post a log if it would help
