pin mistake, 12v@pin26
some weeks ago, i make a mistake and i put 12v on pin 26 of my megasquirt, the result, CPU fried, i bought a new ms1 cpu at DIYAutoTune.com, the problem is that i put the new CPU but i haven't any communication with my laptop.
i'd check the serial communication doing a jumper between pin 12 and 13 of the cpu socket (cpu unplugged) and everything goes OK, i have loopback response so, the problem is not the serial communication.
my question is, if i put 12v on the pin26 of the db37 connector, what components may result damaged?.
Megasquirt: I
PCB: 2.2
Code: Standard, my new CPU has printed "MSV30 BG".
Regards,
Daniel

On a V2.2, just about anything that uses 5 volt power, especially the MAP sensor or serial chip.arkanimus wrote:my question is, if i put 12v on the pin26 of the db37 connector, what components may result damaged?
