The MegaSquirt Project has experienced explosive growth other the years, with hundreds of new MS installations occurring every week - a phenomenal success! MegaSquirt has been successfully used in all aspects of Internal Combustion engine applications including R&D, Industry, Race, and Research. The MS project has transformed itself from a simple R&D project into a full-featured mature engine control system. To reflect this the support structure has also changed to meet the needs of MegaSquirt Users.
Moving forward, the R&D forums for MegaSquirt project are in a read-only mode - no new forum posts are accepted.
However the forums will remain available for view, they still contain a wealth of information on how MegaSquirt works, how it is installed and used. Feel free to search the forums for information, facts, and overview. While the R&D forum traffic has slowed in recent years, this is not at all a reflection of Megasquirt users, which continue to grow year after year. What has changed is that the method of MegaSquirt support today has rapidly moved to Facebook, this is where the vast majority of interaction is happening now. For those not on Facebook the msextra forums is another place for product support. Finally, for product selection assistance, all of the MegaSquirt vendors are there to help you select a system, along with all of the required pieces to make it complete.

What TBs were you planning to use? There aren't a lot of small multi-cyls around using EFI. Several scooters and 125 singles, but from what I've seen it jumps to the 600s before you see 4-cyl motors. The '03-05 R6 TB rack (also the '06+ R6S) lends itself nicely to separating and space adjustment.

thanks heaps DonTZ125 i searched for it but never guessed to look into microsqurters
no preferences at all as far as they'd fit my motor! gonna check out the r6 tb's right out, thanks again mate!
03-06 r6 throttles r having cv chamber therefore r looking like carbies and r pretty big another question is how to make cv chambers (with secondary butterflies er?) to work properly under boost or better of removin' em at all?
just measured ФФ on my motor: 63 - 102 - 63mm; ID - 34mm ( bored of 32mm) thus as most bikes tbs r spaced from 75mm all i can hope is some scooters tb
450mm wide - its a long stroker! and the heads gas channels run a tad awry thats why 63-102-63. i guess i'll have to make the tbs from scratch well im getting used to doing so
