new code version 2.905 release

Post by grippo »

No major changes here, just some improvements and fixes, including:

- several changes to make VR tach detection logic more robust
- fixed a variable overflow bug in afterstart warmup
- improvements for maf options and improved calculation of fuel pulsewidth when using maf
- fixed injector test mode
- made improvements in CAN comms for GPIO devices such as the transmission controller
- improvements in the ini file, including a MAF table burner and clarification to alphaN mode logic

This code has been around for quite a while and is very stable, so it should be used for all new applications and for anyone who might have problems in the areas of improvement. Files are atatched. Make sure to use thr new ini with this new code.

I noticed that 2.920 is out. What are the changes in that version? Is there a change log somewhere that I can refer to.
Maybe unrelated but I have from time to time had a problem with WUE still being "on" in Tuner Studio when I am well past the warm up enrichment temperature defined in my MSQ file, was hoping that would be fixed in 2.920. Don't really want to update to a new version when my car is running so well without knowing what has changed.
