If your question is about troubleshooting, configuration, or tuning, you MUST include your processor type (MS-I or MS-II) and code version in your post. If your question is about PCB assembly or modifications, you must also include the main board version number (1.01, 2.2 or 3.0). For tuning/troubleshooting questions, please attached a datalog and your MSQ file to your post.
If you have questions about MS1/Extra or MS2/Extra code configuration or tuning, please post them at www.msextra.com Such questions posted here will be moved to: a temporary MSextra sub-forum, where they will be removed after 7 days

Car runs but pulsewidth is maxed at 32
When I start the car it idles rough and will rev but pulsewidth pegs over to 32 and does not change no matter the throttle position, map, or anything else. Probably something simple but I can't seem to solve it.
Here is my info
MSII V3.57, using megatune
2.3 16v Mercedes 4 cyl
33 lb/hr high impedance injectors
Ford EDIS 4
Jeep 4.0L throttle body w/ IAC and TPS
GM temp sensors (CLT, IAT)
I have attached a log file (I hope)
Thanks for any help.

Had to edit this post. I did notice that your injector opening seems very large.

"If you are running high-impedance injectors (greater than 10 Ohms), then set the:
* PWM Time Threshold to 25.4 msec, and the
* PWM Current Limit (%) to 100%.
The injector opening time and PWM time threshold should be set to approximately the same value.

Re: Car runs but pulsewidth is maxed at 32
The settings you pointed out are correct except the injector open time which will generally be ~1.0 ms.Injector Opening Time (ms) (InjOpen) is the amount of time required for the injector to go from a fully closed state to a fully opened state when a 13.2 volt signal is applied. Since fuel injectors are electro-mechanical devices with mass, they have latency between the time a signal is applied and the time they are in steady-state spraying mode. Typically, this value is close to 1.0 milliseconds. Note that the closing time should be subtracted from this value, but it is generally very small and can be neglected.
I do not intend to be critical but an opening time of 25.4 ms will not work. Keep your other settings as they are for now. Try setting open time to 1 ms and see what happens.
