I had to redownload Tuner Studio and Megalog viewer to my laptop which is running Windows 7. When I try to open either program, they crash my computer, dump physical memory and then restarts. There is a log indicating something regarding the page file.

If it is crashing for both MegaLogViewer and TunerStudio, there must be an issue with your JRE (Java Runtime Environment).

Try installing one from here:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Have you tried some other programs?
It sounds like your computer is messed up.

Or just Java is messed up on your computer. MegaLogViewer can't cause such an error.

on WIN7 try running as administrator, it sometimes help, but bluescreens are propably because error with JAVA, try uninstall it, download Java 6 update 26 and then check.

It should only be run as administrator if doing an auto update. Running as Administrator at other times can cause problems.

I agree it is likely a Java problem and I doubt any Java programs will run, unless it is a broader problem and even other non Java programs cause the problem. I haven't heard of the JRE doing this before.

After some further investigation, I found the graphics driver was causing the problem. I updated it and all seems normal now.
