No Time Column found

Post by Reynard923 »

When I have tried to examine the last couple of running logs of my MegaSquirt 1 in MegaLog Viewer I see the following
message: No Time Column found! Playback unavailable for this log

I am using a registered copy of MegaLogViewer. Is it possible that the program is corrupted.

Any advice would be appreciated.

If you could post a log that gives the message, I can see if the log is good.

Attached are copies of the latest DataLogs.

Hoping that you are able to find the problem.

The logs fine, has it's Time Column and loads fine.

So, maybe the Field Naming got changed on your MLV?

Check the Menu:
Options --> Field Naming (ECU)

It should be set to Automatic in most cases.

What version MegaLogViewer do you have installed?

Hi, Thanks for the quick responce.

My version of MLV is V2.959. I have never been able to update.
I 'think' it has something to do with Windows 7. Not an expert in this area.

Options.....field naming ECU. is MegaSquirt (Default)
There is no 'Automatic' option.

Still get the same message.

I have a registered version of MegalogviewerHD and I get the same problem...will not show previous logs due to a 'missing' time code.

I'm running 2.89 on an MSII ver3 board. Standard Megalogviewer works fine. Is there a bug in the HD version?

Cheers

Tony

PS. I tried it on Windows 7 and Windows XP...same problem.

Here with Win7 I need to right click on the prog icon and choose 'run as administrator' to be allowed to update.
