New EasyTherm Release

Latest EasyTherm with full installer is located here:

It is now distributed with a full installer to take care if missing system files automatically.

New features (ET4f) as follows:
1.) Further error checking to catch cases when user has indavertently deleted source .s19 files.
2.) If 'Custom' is selected as the file type (typical for MSnSExtra), and the source .s19 file resides in the car1 or equivalent folder, then ET will automatically transfer the new .inc files for you. Thanks to Eric for this suggestion.

New features (ET4e) as follows:
1.) When 'Download' is selected, ET sends the bootloader command to MS first. If a supporting code version (like MSnSExtra) exists on MS, bootloader mode is entered automatically with no need to short the boot jumper.
2.) Defaults for GM, Bosch, and Mazda thermistors have been added under the 'File' menu.
3.) A pop-up reminder appears if changes to the bias resistor values are made. The bias resistor on the MS board must be changed to match!
