I found soem useful info whic lists all the manufacturers Coil On Plug Vehicles, it also give a diagnosis with a scope.

I can tell you that particular document is seriously out-dated when it comes to General Motors hardware. I will attempt to put together a comprehensive list of COP GM engines and suppliers (if someone hasnt done it already) Searching...
