twin injectors bike and car

Hi, yet another newbie asking dumb questions 
I am planning on using MSII and V3 on a silvertop zetec. I've already made the manifold up using the ford flange and GSXR600 boddies so that I have two sets of injectors
. The ford car ones very close to the head and the suzuki ones 6 inches upstream, so the question is can I switch or feather between them at a set point in the rev range and how? 
I have had a look thru varios threads and can't find anything
surely this has been done already!!
Am I choosing the correct proccessor and board or is there a better way?
