apparently a 50m throttle body will get me to 144 horsepower but is that at my redline?

are there any formulas for accounting in my higher redline?

how hard is it to get more than 144 horsepower out of a throttlebody of 50mm? isn't hp also dependant on things like CR and ignition advance?
