I really don't know much about injector flow rates but those flow rates seem VERY low to me unless it is for a miniscule engine. Tell us how you arrived at those figures?

Going higher in flow rates will reduce your pulsewidths and may make a smooth idle difficult to achieve by virtue of differences in opening times between injectors (assuming you have more than one) and the pw at idle approaching the opening time of the injector. You could also decrease the fuel pressure and then go with higher flow injectors ...

Looks like you have a problem. The lowest flow injector seems to be around 13lbs/h. All I can think of is using it but dropping the fuel pressure by a substantial amount. This will affect the spray pattern quite drastically (negatively) of course.

Just out of interest, why would you want to MS such a small engine?

Hi,

have a look at a Honda Scooter, called Zoomer.
It has 50 cc and 4.1 HP and fuel injection.
I think this injector will be the right one for your project.
