Cold start problem

Hi ,
i'm a french MS user (so my english isn't perfect), and i have a problem
I run MS 1 extra 029v with hr_10d2 on a 1300cm3 throttle bodied engine (Peugeot 106 RALLYE with CBR600 TBs).
My problem is : cold start
I have MS for 5 months on this engine, and in summer, engine started after about 3 or 4 tries, because everytime it starts and runs for a few seconds (0,5 to 2 seconds), then stalls (it doesn't overtake 800rpm so...stall) !
Now in November/December, cold weather...and start the car is becoming really hard! It needs more than 10 starts to have a normal start (engine stays at 1000rpm).
To find a solution, i read megamanual, and find it :
"If the engine starts and runs for a few seconds, then stalls, this is usually a sign that the afterstart enrichment isn't quite right. Leave everything else the same, and adjust the afterstart % and number of cycles. 20% to 30% and 200 cycles are reasonable starting points for most engines, but yours may run better with more or less. There should be a point at which it works without stalling."
BUT! in megatune 2.25, i can't modify these parameters!!!! Look the pics below :
The left part of this window is used when engine is not in cranking mode i think, so my problem can't be solved in changing values at different temperatures.
So, how can I activate this part of the window ?? or how can i solve my cold start / warmup problem
Maybe with this window ??
