Getting a good cranking rpm but no fuel. GM 4 cylinder DIS ignition

What if my battery voltage drops to 9 volts and the battery low indicator in mega tune displays battery low in red back ground

So my question earlier was a little bland. I was in a hurry. My issue is, that I have my MS2 installed but not getting any fuel delivery. I have a good rpm signal. In my reading in the megamanual, it says that LED 14 should flash each time there is an injection event. It only flashes 2 times at the first 2 rotations of the engine. Then it stops flashing. I have checked the activity with a noid light and it indicates the same thing. I have no Idea what would cause this because the engine rpm while cranking is stable at 200 rpm. The only thing I noticed is that the battery voltage may be to low at 8.9 volts while cranking and the battery low indicator in mega tune displays low.

Mega tune displays duty cycle and PW but the injectors are not driving correctly.

What are your thoughts? What is your battery voltage while cranking? this is the only thing keeping this thing from running
Thanks
