RPM and O2 problems

Post by futureos007 »

Hi again,

So since the last problem with the map sensor, i have bought a new board and everything to go with it... worked great the first time it started up and every time up to now. I finished the vehicle, all the wiring, etc and was messing with calibrating the CLT temp sensor before i started it.

What the problem is... I got everything calibrated etc, so we primed the fuel pump, etc and tried to start it. no tach signal, no o2 reading. nothing even budges either on of them. so i unplugged it from the relay board and hooked it to the stim, no rpm, no o2. something weird is going on. I loaded multiple different configs, and nothing works. a few make the map reading drop to 65.5 for whatever reason, but most stay right where it should be around 100 kPa.

The thing im wondering about is... the previous board that had the map sensor problems did the same thing. the tach, 02, rpm etc worked great, then all of a sudden stopped. nothing i could change helped either.

What in the world is going on? should i uninstall megastune and everything i have related to it and reburn the chip?

Im very clueless and very frustrated at the moment, seeing as there seems to be nothing i can do to fix it. any suggestions would be aaaaaamazing!
