mlv delay for LC1

in MLV, you can set a delay on the lambda reading when tuning; what is the best setting for this delay for an LC1?

While the LC1 itself reacts very quickly, the delay is going to depend on how long it takes the exhaust to get from the ports to the sensor.

I see. So what should be the typical setting for a Pinto 2.0 SOHC? Or how can I derive the proper value from a mlv file?
