At step 22 they say to jumper js10 to
- ign or
- igbtin, with igbtout jumpered to ign

I want to use a hall sensor direct to ms and from ms direct to the coil. Do i need to jumper now (at step 22) and which shoud i pick, direct to ign or.. whats the difference?

from ms direct to the coil
Except in a few cases where the coil is actually a combination coil / ignition module (pretty rare on distributors), that means jumper JS10 to IGBTIN and IGBTOUT to IGN. You may want to skip this step until later so you don't have the jumpers getting in the way though.
