3-wire idle valve drive board miswired: components burnt?

I've accidentally miss-wired my 3-wire pwm idle driver board (from Glensgarage), the supply voltage polarity was kept swapped for several hours. Now the board is not working anymore. Does anybody has a suggestion about which part is most sensitive to wrong voltage polarity and which is failing now? None of the components looks funny, but I'm pretty sure the problem is in the board, as the output voltage is only 3,5volt, and the input trigger from the ECU is 12volt, I've logged it with an oscilloscope. I also changed the idle valve with a new one, no result. The board was working before.
Any suggestions?
