fidle variables

Post by MustangSix »

I've pored thru the manual again, but cannot seem to find what some of the fidle variables or the corresponding values mean. The basic ones like temp, rpm, etc, are well explained but many others are not.

I have a device that I would like to actuate on start up for a specific period of time, possibly controlled by engine cycles like the ASE enrichment. But the variables in MT have me perplexed.

For example, there is a variable for tachCount, engine, and crank. Are those similar to engine cycles? What kind of values would go into the variables?

Is there another section of the manual that can help describe these things in more detail?
