sputtering under load

Hi i have a an audi inline 5 turbo running ms2 v3 basically stock turbo injectors are volvo 350cc (for testing) upgrading later! and I am using the Hall sensor with a 5 window Distributor for my Tach signal. The car is sputtering quite heavy under load on lower rpms but running pretty good after 3000 rpm, i am sure i should fix the sputtering before any further tuning. Here is my Msq and a Datalog.
Thanx
Manny

It looks like the sputtering may be acceleration enrichment that triggers too easily, causing it to give you too much fuel.
I also noticed your battery voltage is very noisy. How do you have the MS grounded?

Mmh I will look into that cuz yes the car is running super rich, but the battery noise is probably comming from my car battery charger that I had connected at the time... Thank you for your help I ll post a new log today afternoon.

So i did some work with the car actually changed spark plugs and coil pack and it seemed it is running way better now, there is a lot less sputtering but its still there and do you mean i should play with the acceleration wizzard or the acceleration enrichment threshold rpms. anyways here is an updated datalog from today if you could please take a look at it for me.

I don't see any obvious problems in your new log other than that the battery voltage is way too low; your AE may have been false triggering from the noise.

Mmh I look into that today and I wonder if a capacitor inline with the megasquirt will reduce the noise.
Thanks for the info again

It might. You'll also want to see why your charging system is only delivering 11.5 volts at 2000 RPM...

Alright I finally had some time to spend under the hood and put in a capacitor on the distributors positive and to the ground. Then i was testing for spark output, so pulled a spark plug wire of the spark plug and started to here a puffing sound as if the spark plug was leaking through compresion. Pulled the sparkplug and found the ceramik being loose inside the metal housing. These were brand new 2 weeks ago they werer bosh super spark copper, changed them out and the difference was like day and night;)... ran diagnostics once more for sputtering and its still there, however its alot less noticable.
I appreciate all the help, thank you very much!
here is my latest datalog:

Check your battery?

The battery maybe a lil old I ll bring it to autozone for a check up cuz its charging fine exept a lil too much sparking when i connect the battery charger. Also my alternator is not charging but only once I rev it to around 3000 rpm which is the same rpm where my car starts reving good i wonder if its the alternator. I have another alternator in my garage I ll have the guys at autozone testing both plus the battery, this way I get closer to the problem. I would never think its a noisy voltage as the car is reving up nicely after 3000 rpm but now it makes alot more sense.
