Wiring Batch Fire Injectors on a 6 Cylinder

I'm installing MS2 V3.0 onto a Triumph 6 cylinder engine (same engine as found in a TR6).
The MS is a batch fire, the engines firing order is 1,5,3,6,2,4 , is it worthwhile having 153 as one batch and 624 as the other?
Or should I just wire in the neatest way, 1,2,3 (batch 1) and 4,5,6 (batch 2)?
I got the impression (from the Forum) that the V8s run slightly better when the injectors are wired to the firing order, just wondering if a 6 would show any benefit?
Thanks
Andy
