MSefi.com read only forum (Jan.15,2018)

I am trying to install TS on a new computer. I have paid for the full version and like it. I install the basic version on the new computer. Then go try to do the registration thing. I fill in all the blocks including the registration key, but it says I have keyed in wrong info. Is there a way to get my original data back so I can reload the full version? Thanks, Bill Klein

The same registration should work.

All the fields are case sensitive, including First Name, Last Name, Email address and the Registration key.

So make sure they look exactly as shown in the email.
