one injector bank opens with FP

Hi,
I have a 350 sbc that I put an MPFI system with the megasquirt controlling it. I got it running and drove it around a couple of times. I was ready to move on to tuning when something changed. I was cleaning up(re-routing, bundling, tie wrapping) the wiring in the cab for the wideband(LC1) and when I finished, it didnt want to start. I re-calibrated the wideband and still no luck. Working through it, I found that the I could get it to start and run for while if I pulled the FP relay until the pressure in the fuel rail dropped. Turned out inj2 bank injector were staying open the entire time the FP kicked on(initial key turn on) and flooding my intake with gas. It took me some time to figure it out, so the fuel ran into the oil pan and contaminated my oil. I moved it over to inj1 so both are triggered there, and I can move forward with tuning(after an oil change), but I would like to fix the issue rather than work around it as a permanent solution. Any ideas? Im thinking a component failure on the board because I think my wiring is solid. I did check wiring at the screw downs and connectors on the relay box and megasquirt connector and it was fine. In addition, since it stopped flooding and started running again, I have to assume it has something to do with the path of inj2. Any help/direction is appreciated.
