Just a question:

Is it best to add a ground from the engine block to one of the three sensor ground inputs on the relay board, to reduce noise in those wires (tps, coolant, air) ?

These three sensors all run to pin 19 on the DB37.

Such a ground would be more likely to increase noise by creating a ground loop.
