Should WUE go to 0% or 100% when engine warmed up?

I've been reading up on the warm wizard because I'm pretty sure I need to further tweak my tune. I got my car running well but then I noticed the my WUE is 'on' all the time. So, now I'm trying to re-tune my tables with the WUE to 0 when the engine is warmed up. So here's my question, should I be bringing the % of enrichment down to 0% or 100%? Everything I've seen online shows that I should be going to 100%... Just looking for confirmation. Thanks.

Never mind, just found the answer... A WUE of 100% is no enrichment.

I struggle with this concept a little. I "get" that it ends at 100%, but I'm not clear on why it is called "enrichment" at something below 100%, wouldn't this be actually artificially leaning out the mixture? I ask this partially because my warm-up enrichment curve is fully below the 100% line and this is always confusing to me. It would seem that it would be fully above the 100% line and slowly taper down. I'm curious to know how other folks curves look.

The reason is that WUE is a multiplier - although I'm not entirely sure why it should ever be set below 100% myself.
