The MegaSquirt Project has experienced explosive growth other the years, with hundreds of new MS installations occurring every week - a phenomenal success! MegaSquirt has been successfully used in all aspects of Internal Combustion engine applications including R&D, Industry, Race, and Research. The MS project has transformed itself from a simple R&D project into a full-featured mature engine control system. To reflect this the support structure has also changed to meet the needs of MegaSquirt Users.
Moving forward, the R&D forums for MegaSquirt project are in a read-only mode - no new forum posts are accepted.
However the forums will remain available for view, they still contain a wealth of information on how MegaSquirt works, how it is installed and used. Feel free to search the forums for information, facts, and overview. While the R&D forum traffic has slowed in recent years, this is not at all a reflection of Megasquirt users, which continue to grow year after year. What has changed is that the method of MegaSquirt support today has rapidly moved to Facebook, this is where the vast majority of interaction is happening now. For those not on Facebook the msextra forums is another place for product support. Finally, for product selection assistance, all of the MegaSquirt vendors are there to help you select a system, along with all of the required pieces to make it complete.

I put a new motor in my truck because the old one was pretty tired. After the motor was in I was driving it and the motor torque twisted the motor up and the fan hit my radiator hose and cut it. Coolant went everywhere, but I was able to get it to a parts store before it got too hot. I changed out the hose, but it hasnt run right since. I hooked it up to tunerstudio and the O2 was all over the place. Everything else was normal and working fine. I pulled the relay board to clean it up and found coolant in the joint of the mating 37 pin connectors. I cleaned it all out with alcohol and now there is no O2 reading. I traced the signal to pin 23 and there is a signal being sent up to pin 23 on the megasquirt. I took out the megasquirt and put it on the stim to trace out the O2 signal, which ends up at pin 13 of the daughter card. It then goes into the middle surface-mount chip (pins on all four sides) on the daughter card. I can see the voltage hit the pin on the chip, but the gauge in TS just sits at 11.5 AFR. Am I just screwed and have to buy a new daughter card or is there something I am missing? Thanks.
